A few shots from this weekend's hike to the Murg Lakes, Switzerland! (4/4).
We descend into the Mürtschen valley, a forest protection area. It is getting hotter and humid as we lose altitude, and the clouds thicken. We encounter these two unusually shaped coniferous trees, and one of them seems to wave goodbye.
Also, I'm out of film.

A few shots from this weekend's hike to the Murg Lakes, Switzerland! (3/4).
We climb a pass overlooking the upper Murg Lake. Half an hour ago, we had a few refreshments at the little inn on the lakeshore. The rising winds paint patterns on the lake's surface. On the pass we're almost literally blown away. In the evening there'll be a storm. So we hightail it down the other side of the pass.
