Over the years, @SaraMeerow and I have evaluated many plans to see how well they address extreme heat. In this Global Disaster Preparedness Center project with Saeideh Sobhaninia, we explored how heat action plans are actually being implemented and asked officials about their perceived effectiveness. Check out our new report and the Heat Action Plan Implementation and Effectiveness (HAPIE) Tool we developed to help cities connect their heat goals to measurable outcomes!
