Today, using Script Debugger and #ChatGPT, I wrote and debugged an #AppleScript for use as part of a #Hazel rule. I hooked the script to the AI chat for future reference. Another huge use case for #hookmark.

Unfortunately, Hazel is not [link-friendly](https://hookproductivity.com/help/integration/data-linkability-and-why-it-matters/) so I couldn't hook these two resources to the Hazel rule.

Przebiśniegi już są, ale to wciąż za mało, żeby ogłosić przedwiośnie. Pod względem fenologicznym brakuje choćby kwitnienia leszczyny. Co ciekawe, w tamtym roku leszczyna u mnie kwitła 27 stycznia (sic!). W tym roku wciąż się na to nie zapowiada. Zima da nam jeszcze popalić...

Co do samych zdjęć, to jestem szczęśliwy. W mojej wieśniaczej fotografii brakowało mi właśnie takiego szkła makro jak Nikon Nikkor Z MC 105mm f/2.8 S VR, coś pięknego. Niestety nie kurier się nie spieszył, więc obiektyw odebrałem późno i te zdjęcia już przy słabym świetle, no i co najważniejsze - bez słońca. Wrzucam jednak trzy: dwa przebiśniegów i jedno leszczyny.
Myślałem też, że mając to szkło, pozbędę się moje standardowej portretówki Nikkor 85/1.8G, ale nic z tego. Chociaż więcej testów zrobie jutro. Pytanie tylko czy dzieciaki będą na tyle cierpliwe? ;)

Oh I'm really enjoying my new #hazel rules which rename and move notes created by `Hook to New`. I will definitely blog about this this month. I should have been using Hazel since 2019, year Hookmark came out. I have update my licenses as many times as needed since then but had not really used it.

New blog post about my #Photography image ingestion workflow, using #Hazel to allow me to Airdrop images from an #iOS device, to my #Mac, and have any which are camera originals automatically sorted off into Y/M/D subfolders on my photo archive drive, without having to use any form of cloud service, or image ingestion application (like Image Capture).

Hazel blossoms and catkins. This is one that is the farthest behind. The other trees/bushes catkins are elongated and yellow now but not dropping any pollen.

Should see some pollen from the hazel trees in a week or so if it stays warm. The catkins are expanding fast. Last year there was pollen and bees gathering it for one day and then the wind blew about 50mph and no more pollen.

Our little botany group were surveying a plot of land that had been spotted as being "of interest" by a Natural England surveyor and which the farmer had fenced off to protect. The Botany wasn't brilliant species-wise, but ye gods, the trees were awesome. Round these parts farming's behind the times and these trees were crops until relatively recently, resulting in ancient gnarly trees.
