I realise this is a day late for #FitCheckFriday but I simply wish to acknowledge this photo my dad found of me circa 1996-97 (so, for reference, I would have been like 12 or 13) and apparently predicted some of my future Special Interests in a weirdly prescient way.

It’s #FitCheckFriday and as such, I’d be remiss if I didn’t share my beloved Battle Jacket! It’s an 18th century wrapping gown that I hand-sewed using 18th century techniques (so many hours of backstitching oh my goodness) and while the fabric in this case is *slightly* more modern, I feel like it tracks well enough, and makes me feel comfy and confident.
