#HarborFreight has really have moved up to be competitive with the well known brands (and probably made on the same assembly lines in China). The Hercules and Icon lines of products are particularly good.
Of course there are always some losers…

I buy tools & hardware from #HarborFreight not because their prices are generally cheaper & include a lifetime guarantee, but because they don’t have #self-checkout.
It’s worth noting that simultaneously their prices are lower while having living, breathing cashiers.

Okay, I need to find whoever decided that bolts for this trailer's hitch plate should have a 16mm head, and a 17mm NUT on the bottom (you know, ehre it's hard to see). Took me 15 minutes to realize the sizes were different. Fortunately, got everything loose, but sheesh Harbor Freight Or Whomever, that was irritating.

I never really shopped at #HarborFreight before even though there’s one not too far from me, but since going there recently I’ve been quite interested to see what they have in stock and on sale. They have random shrapnel like LED flashlights, shop towels, flathead screwdrivers, tape measures and AA batteries for super cheap, like 99c. Well dang. Project today was to swap out the hitch on the old trailer and put a new plate on. YYyyyeah, that's not going to happen. That upper plate is compeltely shot. Ordered a new one from harborfreight. $16. Can't complain too much.

So, I bought this magnetic cup holder on sale at Harbor freight Tools the other day. It's a metal cup-holder with powerful magnets on the back so you can stick it to a metal workbench, toolbox, shelf, or other. Simple right. But the box it came in has this dire looking list of warnings, starting out with, "1. Wear ANSI approved safety goggles during use."
