催涙ガスを浴びたらどうしたらいいのか、専門家によるアドバイス。ためになりました。
（１）パニックして目や顔をこするのが最悪。死んだりしないから落ち着け。
（２）あれはガスというよりもカプサイシンなどの微細な粉。できるだけさわらず、風上の風通しのいいところに移動して粉を風などで払う。
（３）涙や鼻水が生まれて初めてくらい出るけれど、前かがみになってどんどん出して排出しよう。とにかくこすらない！ 額からの汗が目に入らないように注意。
（４）払ったあとにたっぷりの流水やシャワーで洗い落す。服を脱ぐ際にも服についた粉を顔に再度こすりつけないなど注意を。キツさでは比較にならないけれど、花粉みたいなイメージですね。BLMの際に警察と衝突したデモ隊などの人へのサポートメッセージだそうです。ありがたや！
