@HonkHase Das ist wie bei #AntiFa. Das gibt es als Organisation nicht und kann daher auch nicht verboten werden. Man kann aber jede einzelne Organisation verbieten, die sich #Hammerskins nennt.

Im Bezug auf Antifa ist das also eher #goodnews. Da wird ja bestimmt sonst auch bald undere Regierung auf die Idee kommen die zu verbieten.

Nancy "Antifa" Faser hat also das im Kampf gegen Linke erfolgreiche Konstrukt "ich stelle mir ganz dolle vor dass da ein Verein ist" (siehe z.B. #linksunten) gegen Faschos angewendet und nun erfüllt der Staat wieder seinen Zweck - Faschos schützen (hier die #Hammerskins) - und hat dieses Verbot gekippt.

Vor zwei Jahren wurden die rechtsextremen "#Hammerskins" von der damaligen Innenministerin #Faeser verboten. Nun hat das #Bundesverwaltungsgericht die Entscheidung gekippt - aus formalen Gründen.

Ja, die Entscheidung des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts in Sachen #Hammerskins ist wirklich bitter.
Noch viel bitterer ist allerdings, wie maximal schlecht das Bundesinnenministerium auf die Verhandlung vorgestern vorbereitet war.
So schlecht, dass das BVG keine andere Wahl hatte als so zu entscheiden wie es entschieden hat.
Schlimm.

#ExifRecherche was at the #Hammerfest in #Milan in November 2025 and shows that German Hammerskins are completely unimpressed by the ban.

They've now been IDed, although it looks like they were generally known figures already, so not a lot of surprises. Still, if you're in that neck of the woods, it seems worthwhile to read up on their bios.

One thing that this article brings out, which hasn't gotten a lot of public attention, is the fact that many "active clubs" serve as recruiting grounds/feeders for the Hammerskins (that is, the ones that aren't feeders for Patriot Front). If you've got a nazi bonehead problem in your area and there isn't already an "active club," there's a good chance there will be one soon.
