  1. I have a ‘gut feeling’ that the dreams I had 3 nights in a row, but not last night, were the #GutBrainConnection in action. my.clevelandclinic.org/health/

Let me explain. After a visit to #WineCountry near #PDX , I’ve been looking in #Tennessee for more wines from the region. A Pinot Noire vintage was recommended, and I had a glass 3 nights in a row. I had a nightmare each night, where in very different ways people were trying to kill me!

Yesterday, I had a Spanish white, and pleasant dreams later. 😮

TITLE: Common constipation drug may help clear depression brain fog

    URL: sciencedaily.com/releases/2026

An existing constipation drug may have an unexpected new use: helping clear the "brain fog" that often lingers after depression. In a small clinical trial, people with a history of depression who took the medication prucalopride for about a week performed better on tests of memory, attention, and thinking speed than those who received a placebo. The drug targets a serotonin receptor found in both the gut and the brain, and researchers saw no significant side effects.
