This was reported by Gwen Wright, from the Legal Department of the English #Government, in a letter addressed to Judge Sara Cockerill, dated January 31, 2023 but which was made public on May 23.

The letter explains that "the National Assembly of #Venezuela voted to dissolve the interim government, and the position of constitutional interim president, headed by Juan Guaidó, with effect from January 5, 2023" and that consequently the British government left to recognize said investiture
