The godchild bought a copy of #Grimcoven by #AwakenRealms. He brought it along today and I played it for the first time.
I hadn't got it myself, and hadn't really done any research into it, because I tend to not like boss battlers, and also because the one promo video I'd seen of it hadn't convinced me.
Anyway, I think it's very good. Fun, seems to have the right amount of challenge for me (not survival-style), looks cool. Mechanically, you can feel there's inspiration taken from several other games, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing.
Accessibility could be better though, the dice are a step backwards from #ISSVanguard.
