I met the postman on the porch when he came up to offer minion assistance bringing Missy’s tonic in. Tonic was fine, it was I that minion needed assistance with. I’m a notorious runner.

Meanwhile #DogHappened. Missy wanted her supper mid-evening eat him 2 half-rations. Rocky shorts out trying to determine why Missy is getting extra rations when she ate brekkie at supper!

And Rocky has a non-productive cough following a peanut butter tub lick out. Some idiot gave both tub returned clean and lid partially eaten. #greyhounds #greyhounding

I've just come in off a grueling shift of neighborhood watching from the observation post (OP). Minion tidied the image up.

I ate after Rocky. Rocky has become accustomed to having biscuits on the porch while I eat. Today, I balked at first offer. Dismal Wrangler put Rocky on lead while I ate. And Missy good girl cleaned her plate! No leftovers for Rocky.

Minion forgot to store the maple syrup XXXX grade after adding to porridge. Somebody found it, tipped the bottle over, and consumed an unknown amount. And left an ocean of syrup on the kitchen floor which now sticks like fly paper! #greyhounds #greyhounding

Every Bona Mop in the house is used, and all the sled drying towels will never be the same. All are in wash now. Daddy is threatening home remedies!!!

Saturday at the reunion: Rocky and Missy visit with the gang at the pub. It was about this exciting. Everybody got along but we wear our muzzles to prevent mishaps. When we run together, our mouths are open to breath. We can be shoulder to shoulder and there can be some bumping. An unintended canine snag during a bump can lead to a serious tear even without a deliberate bite so we wear protection to keep our good looks and good spirits in tact. #greyhounds #greyhounding

Wednesday evening roast-up. Parsnips, carrots, purple carrots (orange inside), and red potato. And a yellowtail steak. Yum -- 450 was a bit much for this lot of root vegetables. The potato had a nice tan but the blackened carrots weren't so tasty. I gave those to Rocky! #greyhounds #greyhounding He won't touch fresh but roast them and you'd best not turn your back on your supper.

Staff sorted my morning photo. I'm mostly OK. Staff took the VetWrap off and applied OKeeffe's Healthy Feet to my boobo. The dogs appear to tolerate Healthy Feet. Minion calls it Happy Feet as it stops the dryness, cracking, and athlete's foot fungus. Seems feet need moisturizing year round. No athlete's foot cream used. Anyway, it seems to work on bare hot spots better than the vet's poultices and plasters. For licky-licky problems anyway. #greyhounds #Greyhounding
