I'm tired of what AI is doing to the internet and software. I'm tired of the resource scarcity, and I'm sad about the negative impact of LLMs on the #programming field and the art of development, as well as the effects its having on our #environment .
What if #GreenCoding could not only insulate our projects from the negative effects of AI, but also reduce operational costs and improve UX? My blog post talks about all of this and more, check it out!

Aujourd'hui, j'apprends à installer un petit Raspberry Pi à la maison pour auto-héberger mes 2 sites web.
Le but : améliorer l'empreinte carbone en utilisant un mini ordi peu gourmand, posé dans un garage frais sans clim.
Mon site d'autrice (public français) a peu de trafic (pas de best-seller pour l'instant) et l'autre site est à mon seul usage, pas de raison que quelqu'un le trouve, donc autant l'héberger à la maison. -
