Stopped at Sparky’s in #Hatch, #NM on our way to #Albuquerque for #Bubonicon. Decided to try their chicken sandwich with green chile and cheese instead of the #GreenChileCheeseburger I usually get. Not bad.

We drove up to Wild Rivers National Monument for a green chile cheeseburger picnic with my sister and her partner yesterday. It was a beautiful day. El Monte Carlo's (Questa, NM) burger recently won 2nd place at the state fair. It was pretty good... A generous layer of diced green chile that covered the entire hand formed patty. The chile had a perfect amount of kick.
