I dropped a little comment into one of the posts in my "What the Duck?" thread (thanks to @CCirco for giving it a name!).

"Grebes are apparently flamingos"

No-one picked up on it. I can think of many reasons, in descending order of probability:

1. No-one read it

2. No-one cared

3. Everyone already knows grebes are flamingos and I'm just late to the party

4. Most folks may know what a flamingo is, but maybe they don't know grebes.
