Illustrator's gradient meshes for me are boring. Once you understand the principle, it's just a never ending task of setting mesh points and coloring them. That's one of the reasons I do not create a lot of meshes. It just takes a lot of time and I'm not discovering an awful lot of interesting things while doing so.
