因为Glucose Goddess 里提到早上吃咸早餐(savory breakfast)可以大大减少血糖飙升(可以看图一和图二的血糖对比),所以我最近也开始了做咸早餐的尝试。下面的是我的一些摘抄,想分享给大家,也希望能帮到一些象友~
🍳🥓🥬咸早餐的构成:
- Protein|蛋白质是早餐的核心——它能让人保持血糖稳定、饱腹和满足。可以选择:Greek yogurt, tofu, meat, cold cuts, fish, cheese, cream cheese, protein powder, nuts, nut butter, seeds, and, yes, eggs (scrambled, fried, poached, or boiled).
- Fats|可以用黄油或橄榄油炒鸡蛋,再加上几片牛油果。或者在希腊酸奶中加入五颗杏仁、奇亚籽或亚麻籽。不用选择脱脂酸奶,可以用5%脂肪的希腊酸奶。不要害怕脂肪,它们很重要~
- Fibers|任何蔬菜都可以,从菠菜(比如说炒蛋的时候可以加点菠菜)、蘑菇或番茄到西葫芦、artichokes, sauerkraut, lentils, or lettuce等等。
- No Sweets | 除了新鲜水果(如果你喜欢,只是为了口味——并不是必需的),早餐不应该含有任何甜食。干果、果汁、蜂蜜或其他的甜味剂都不可以。(可以在其他时间吃甜食。只是早餐不要吃甜食。)
- Optional Starches | 如果早上习惯了吃点淀粉,可以吃bread, potatoes, tortilla之类的, 但不要把它们作为早餐的重点(have them for flavor)所以我觉得可能最方便的早餐应该就是 egg bake 了……待我买点 feta cheese 就做起来。
