I don'5 know who's effected by it, but many are kind of forced to use facebook, such as in countries where facebook have roled out their ' #freebasics, that is offering people access to service like facebook for free. If you have no resources to get internet otherwise, it's not your fault.

@syntaktis Frankly, having such a low price for data is a logical boost for usage, access and so on... Remember that India fought against Facebook's #FreeBasics and for #netneutrality . I do suppose that the Indian Telco ecosystem is efficient or that the gvt is not greedy on taxes...
- living in Benin, WestAfrica, makes me jealous... gvt hiked last December the prices to get more taxes... last summer one could get 1G for as low as 1$, now it's 4$!
