Irgendwer hat auf der VDE8 bei ner Übung im #Sandbergtunnel verkackt.
"Der Lokführer setzte gegen 10.15 Uhr einen Notruf ab. Laut Plan sollte der Alarm zunächst die Notfallzentrale der Deutschen Bahn erreichen, dann die Rettungsleitstelle der Region und schließlich die Tunnelfeuerwehren. [...] Erst um 12.22 Uhr, also zwei Stunden und sieben Minuten nach dem ersten Alarm, treffen nach Angaben der Beobachter die ersten Kräfte des Rettungsdienstes am Nordportal des Tunnels ein“ [...]"
Ähnlich wie mit dem 47 Minuten bis der Rettungswagen im #FRA im T3 am Patienten war, frage ich mich ja schon, weshalb man da nicht von Amts wegen den Betrieb erstmal einstellen lässt bis der jeweilige Betreiber durch unangekündigte Übungen und dergleichen nachgewiesen hat, dass sie das jeweilige Verfahren beherrschen. - Funzt in deinem Betrieb die BMA und dergleichen nicht, musst du auch erstmal kompensieren (falls eine Kompensation durch Brandsicherheitswachen überhaupt möglich ist).
Genauso ist halt die Frage, was das #EBA beruflich eigentlich so macht.
Ist halt schwierig, so etwas im laufenden Betrieb bewerkstelligen zu können, aber generell bin ich ja größter Fan davon, soetwas häufiger und vor allen Dingen unangekündigt und ungeplant zu tun. Nur dadurch treten Lücken im Rettungskonzept zu Tage. Egal wo.

Med tanke på att utredningen mot "FRA-kvinnan" är nedlagd nu så tycker jag det är anmärkningsvärt att #Sverige inte har en domstol/utredningsenhet för ärenden med extrem hög sekretess.
Vad jag förstod så kände åklagaren att det inte skulle gå att utreda ärendet till fullo pga vittnen som var under sekretess från #FRA.
Betyder inte det att sådana ärenden de facto får immunitet?
