taiga (already mentioned, is the most powerfull project manager that I came across. Through its different roles it can be simple or more complicated to use)

This whole #forkofftogether might all be a wonderful thing for the Fediverse. As someone/many have said before, the Mastodon story does not stop with #Mastodon, same as the rest of the #Libre community. And even though I know very little about the whole story, I think it is okay for me to voice the fact that I really would like to see the fork thrive and add to the #fediverse and for the two projects (and all their siblings) to cohabit in a constructive way :) All the best to all ✊🏽🌈

suggestion for #forkofftogether:

Using # to structure the comuniction that might apear within the fediverse. It will provide people with the option to filter what they like to read for the moment and what not

Since this is a direct and concrete suggestion, I use: #forkoffsuggestion
For feedback in general I use #forkofffeedback

Those that have a question directed to #forkofftogether could use #forkoffquestion, like me:
What's your oponion on this idea?

It is writen from an perspective of an anarchist. You might disagree with, but at least you have the chance of reading it.

Reading through the code of conduct of #forkofftogether (it's not a final version) it seems contradicting itself.

It sates, if I understand it correct, that anyone being disruptive, even when aplying to the code of conduct will be removed.

In the CoC:
strictly prohibited, promoting the opression of any marginalized group based on..

Disruption is something very important to #anarchism. It's a method of challenging power. Embeding the exclusion of this into the CoC forms structural opression
