If the egg is separated, it should include the weight of the whites and the weight of the yolks.

Take one frozen basa fillet. Spray with a light coating of canola oil. Sprinkle crushed nutritional yeast over both sides. Place in the bottom of a preheated air fryer/multicooker. Select 180ºC and cook on the bake/roast setting for six minutes. Flip and repeat.
Result: excellent, well cooked fish with good flavour and fine to soft texture. no doubt the result would have been rather different if I’d used the air fryer setting. The bake/roast setting also applied heat from an element at the base of the six-litre non-stick liner.

Today's adventure will be making kimchi and figuring out what to do with my bok choy and shishito peppers.

I'm thinking of adding some of the Bok Choy to the kimchi... I've only got normal green cabbage, not Napa... so it's already bastardized-- not worried about that.

What should I do with the rest of the Bok Choy, though? My husband and I bought a bunch of heads, and since I forgot to cook him some to take to work this week, I have to figure out what to do with it. I don't particularly want to just stir fry it, but I suppose I could.

As for the shishitos... I'm not a big fan, myself... that's my husband. I gotta figure out something I can do that will hold til Friday at the very least.

FUCK. I also have a butternut squash and two acorn squash I need to figure out what to do with.

Help?!

I pulled a test bowl of the first run of #perpetualstew.

It is... delicious.

It has an interesting depth to it-- I'm assuming because most of the base was peppers and mushrooms. There's jalapeños in there that you wouldn't necessarily realize were there... until their heat hits the back of your tongue.

But it isn't a bad heat-- just one that adds another layer of complexity to the broth itself.

And not to mention... the broth is so CLEAR. the only real word I can use to describe it is clear.

Also its finally time for me to go to seep... at 720am.
