I would like to hold back with superlatives & final assessments. I often find #FondaLee's #TheGreenBone / #Jade Saga tedious & exhausting. Nevertheless, I consider the series to be one of the most unique & important #fantasy series of the last decades. I don't know of anything comparable. #booksky

I don't really know what to make of #FondaLee's #GreenboneSaga. A unique, rather dark mixture of #TheGodfather and mystical #MartialArts, Asian #UrbanFantasy? On the one hand interesting as a character and social study, on the other hand rather lengthy apart from violent outbursts. Now #JadeWar...
