I am still struggling to get #unifiedpush notifications working on the #fluxer mobile app.
I have moved from Nextcloud Push to Ntfy, confirmed that Unified Push works for other services, made sure that permissions are correct on the app and that I have installed the FOSS version of the mobile app on my GrapheneOS phone via Obtanium and connected it to my self-hosted instance of Fluxer.Is there maybe something else I am somehow overlooking, or should I just chalk this up to beta?

I was reading a discussion on a #Fluxer server about chat #encryption yesterday. Someone discussed whether servers/guilds should have encryption on them, despite being public.
Performance issues aside, I like the idea of it... makes it harder for the instance owner to harvest data en-masse. But it also sounds like a lot of overhead.
Not sure where I stand... #Privacy

Wir haben gestern zum #DiDay die Chatplattform :pnpde_social: https://chat.pnpde.social gestartet und Wow, was für ein Start! Bereits mehr als 50 Accounts schauen sich um, legen Communities an und diskutieren - der Server lebt! 🥰
Wir setzen Fluxer ein und Fluxer ist Discord sehr, sehr ähnlich. Wer Discord kennt, wird sich sofort zurecht finden und was noch besser ist: Discord-Server zu Fluxer-Communities zu migrieren ist eine Sache von Minuten!

Wir setzen Fluxer ein und Fluxer ist Discord sehr, sehr ähnlich. Wer Discord kennt, wird sich sofort zurecht finden und was noch besser ist: Discord-Server zu Fluxer-Communities zu migrieren ist eine Sache von Minuten!

Schade, dass #Fluxer nur als Docker-Stack-Dingsbums-Gedöns verfügbar ist und nicht dokumentiert ist, wie man es nativ, z.B. in einer VM, installiert.

With the iOS TestFlight, I couldn't connect to my self-hosted #Fluxer.
Between an update on the server (which has now been automated) and updates to the TestFlight, I am able to log into my own instance now on mobile. Whoop!

А между тем вышло обновление #fluxer и он очень хорош. Иногда играюсь, и решил завести для друзей. А он оказался прекрасен.
Так что я решил немного повозиться с серваком и перетянуть туда несколько проектов из телеги, пока ждем федерацию и нормальных клиентов. И когда будет федерация - вот тогда дам ссылку :) а то сервак слабенький, не потянет публичности :)
Короче всем кому нужен дискорд - очень советую.

Last night me and @Drew tested the voice communication in TGT's Fluxer instance (see here) while also playing "RV there yet" and apparently, sharing a single brain cell too because we were both SO convinced it was Tuesday, which is the day for a regular Get-Together at the Tavern.
Fluxer worked amazingly well, kudos to the devs, the game is quite a little gem for spending some leisure time and I can't wait to play it some more tonight at the Get-Together, because today is Tuesday, yes it is.
