3rd year (from seed) — Burning Hearts False Sunflower
2nd year (transplants) — Anise Hyssop
1st year (transplants) — Purple Coneflower

Eventually, all the plants should grow to about the same height and help keep each other upright. Also, these plant readily reseed and should fill in any gaps.
