Was just typing out bureaucrats, and then I started thinking about bureau cats. The cats that approve the paperwork for any feline applications for flopping rights atop the best bureaus in the house. I can see a fictional magic friendly universe where the dead are made to work off debt bondage obligations incurred by them or their ancestors. Debts they failed to pay off while they were alive. So they end up re-animated and tied to giant mill wheels inside deadhouses, walking in circles until their corpse disintegrates. #flightsoffancy
