Hi people, did you order your air filters yet? Get them, you will need them this year. Also look up Firewise landscaping and house fire prevention tips. There are many, many, many things you can do to protect your home and property. Plz do not just leave it to the agencies, when they are overwhelmed they focus resources on the high priorities and this is why an eastern WA town burned off the map two years ago. As always have a fire evacuation plan and if that includes using an RV/trailer make sure to do the season readiness checklist so it is ready to drive safely if you need to go on short notice. This year we will not have twitter to count on coordinating wildfire info/animal evac options, etc. Be extra prepared. #firewise #wildfireprep

Also if you don't have indoor air filters, now is a very good time to get some. If you wait until fire impacts your AQ they may not be available. Once smoke is pervasive, driving out may be dangerous due to low visibility; this happened in 2021. #firewise #wildfireprep
