  6. My wife is way too modest, and doesn't think this #felted #penguin is anything special. I personally disagree. Her Christmas #craft was doing felted ornaments and leaving them behind when we visited people because she was too shy to give them as #ornaments.

  7. I'm trying to make myself a pair of #knit and #felted slippers, designing my own pattern.

I've just frogged all of the work done today. except for the bit that had already been frogged and remade earlier in the evening.

Luckily I didn't spend *a lot of time* on it today, but still :(

At least, I'm working with 6mm tree trunks rather than my usual 2-3 mm needles :D

  8. New #felted #fauxdori

I'm not 100% happy with it: it is quite heavy, so it's probably not really confortable to use (or at least to carry around), but using a thinner wool probably wouldn't be sturdy enough. Also, the felting isn't very regular.

However, it is usable, so I'm calling it done, and will use it at home.

And move on to the next attempt at making AllTheFauxdori. because I'm absolutely not obsessed with those, right?

  11. Animation media description:
Making 'lemonade' with models made from needle felted wool.

A knife is seen slicing two lemons on a 'wood' cutting board.
The lemons are then squeezed on a citruspress, which is then emptied into a a jug that also had some ice cubes added from an ice cube tray.
Three yellow squirts are then added from a small bear-shaped bottle.
Water is added from the tap, before stirring and pouring it into a glass, where it is garnished with a slice of lemon and some green (mint?).
