Kjøp boka "Vin med smaker fra naturen" av Johan Setnes (han lager vin av sånn omtrent alt) - den er veldig fin for inspirasjon.

Han bruker imidlertid kjøpegjær (åkei, høres jeg ut som han fra Extra-reklama nå?), svovel og en del sånt som jeg ikke ønsker å bruke.

@chrskly I wish there was someone making DIY kits for this. As a pensioner I could not afford even that, but I have looked at #instructables where someone has done this themselves, but that requires a minimal amount of specialist tools and knowledge to make adapters to drive shafts, and matching electronics to power train.
