Potential Hashtags for something like this...
#FediReconciliation - For the whole process of handling these issues without blocks and escalations.
#FediMediation - For when two servers get a neutral party to try and reconcile between them.
#FediUnblock - For when a server is making a case for being unblocked after a FediBlock / InstanceBlock (maybe to call for block redactions on the tag?)
#BlockDeescalation - For talking about lowering the level of blocks around an instance.
Just spitballing ideas... Are there any others we should be thinking of?
