My eldest has disowned his maternal grandmother, because of her inaction, and treatment of me. They asked if it was ok to message her, and let her know how disappointed they are in her, and let me read before they sent.
I said to let his dad read it too,,because I was worried I was too angry, and caught up in the moment. He said to send it, without any changes.
It’s going to be messy initially, but so much less stress.

The last few days have been shit, I’m in a massive flare up, I came to see my sister for late b’day plans. We ended up not going out because her husband didn’t want her to go without him.
Now I’ve spent money I don’t have to be here and I have to stay in my old family home with my mum and step dad. He’s in a grump and threw the remote at her, then threw it down on the table when she gave back (he was annoyed that she put gogglebox on.) Not triggering at all 😬
