12/ Na, das passt ja wie die Faust auf's Auge (zu dem, was ich noch schreiben werde). Menschen aus linkem Cafe schmeißen Menschen raus, weil bei ihnen was auf #Hebräisch auf dem T-Shirt steht.

Bei Demos frage ich Menschen manchmal, was sie mit dem meinen, das auf ihrem Plakat steht. Sie erklären es mir dann und meistens ist es lustig. Erst hauen und dann fragen wäre die falsche Reihenfolge. Also nicht, dass ich hauen würde, wenn mir die Antwort nicht passt, aber die Cafe-Besetzung hat die T-Shirt-Menschen einfach rausgeschmissen. Und zwar für ein T-Shirt mit arabischer, lateinischer und hebräischer Schrift. Man könnte ja vermuten, dass sie nicht bis zu Ende gelesen hatten, aber Hebräisch war das letzte Wort. Das T-Shirt war von einer Israelischen Friedensinitiative: #WomenWagePeace. Das Wort in den drei Sprachen war #Falafel. Etwas, das Menschen mit Sprachen in allen drei Schriften essen. Eigentlich sehr schön.
Dann hinterher noch eine gebastelte Erklärung. #KFetisch hat einfach komplett versagt, denn diese Israelis brauchen unsere Solidarität.

Well kinda: we are heating frying oil in a very large very well-used wok. The solid lump of oil turns from opaque yellow to clear when it melts.
We often fry falafel in that wok; they are mega delicious and very easy to make and stock up with.

Dave’s Pop-up Vegan Cafe
This summer you can explore bonny Knoydart on the West Coast and not compromise on vegan treats with a fab vegan Saturday pop-up.
Dave’s changing menu features healthy packed Buddha bowls with falafel, bhajis or tempeh, cooked breakfast with homemade baked beans, cherry tomatoes, tempeh and sausages, sun-dried tomato flan and more. All the dishes are made from scratch and the salad is even grown locally and freshly harvested. Sweet treats include epic fruity cheesecakes, decadent biscoff brownies and cherry Bakewell tarts.
Note, the pop-up is only open on Saturdays, running until the end of September. If the sun is shining, take your meal out on the deck overlooking Loch Nevis. I’ve not visited yet, but I am planning my trip now!
