Man hat gerade das Gefühl, Europa verhandelt nicht nur Regeln für KI, sondern so etwas wie Haltung.
Es ist fast so, als würde man versuchen, etwas sehr Schnelles in eine Form zu bringen, ohne es dabei ganz zu verlieren.
