The #rightwing moralists always say #parent’s rights and not #children’s rights because children’s rights do not matter to them. Foremost, a #child’s right to #survival. They’ve #voted against ending child #marriage in the #US. They’ve voted against #free #lunch. They’ve voted against any #gun control measures. They’ve voted against #welfare. They’ve voted against socialized #medicine. They’ve voted against furthering restrictions on child #labor. If there is a pro-child stance, they will vote the opposite every time.
