Spart ihr auch für eure Rente in ETFs, weil das alle machen und billiger ist als Fonds?
Das könnte wegen der Wette auf KI durchaus schief gehen.
Denn die angeblichen Gewinne einiger Konzerne in diesen Indizes, die eure ETFs nachbilden, weisen nur deshalb so hohen Gewinne aus, weil Anthropic, OpenAi und Co. angeblich Billionen (ja, es ist das richtige Wort) Wert sind.

Wieder so ein Thema, wo man in der EU als Anleger ordentlich verarscht wird:
Wenn im Depot Aktien „abhandengekommen“ sind oder der Broker pleitegeht und Kundenvermögen fehlt:
🇺🇸 USA: Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC): bis zu $500.000 Schutz, davon bis zu $250.000 Cash. Bei Interactive Brokers LLC kommt zusätzlich noch Excess SIPC bis $30 Mio. dazu.
🇪🇺 EU: Investor Compensation Schemes (ICS): EU-Mindestschutz €20.000. In Irland z. B. 90 % des Verlusts – maximal €20.000. 🤡
War definitiv kein Nachteil, von IBKR IE zu IBKR LLC gewechselt zu sein.

Daher fand ich den Hinweis sehr interessant und mache mir jetzt Gedanken dazu.
Was mir wichtig ist: Ich will nicht in fossile Firmen investieren. Solche ETF mit gewisser "social responsibilty" hätte ich auch gerne für den All World Index. -

Er sagt, dass kapitalgedeckte Altersvorsorge zwar zusätzliche Renditechancen bietet, zugleich aber Finanzmärkte stärkt, Ungleichheit verschärfen kann und Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer in einen Interessenkonflikt bringt, während ein umlagefinanziertes Rentensystem stärker auf Solidarität und direkte Umverteilung der laufenden Wertschöpfung setzt.

Wenn man ETFs hat, braucht man keine Nachrichten-App mehr. Wenn es relevante schlechte Nachrichten gibt, sieht man es am Kurs.

Zur unbequemen Wahrheit gehört auch:
Es gibt keine sauberen ETF. Wer in ETF investiert, trägt eine Mitverantwortung dafür, wie unsere Welt ist inkl. Ausbeutung, Umwerltzerstörung und mehr. Wir sind der Kapitalismus.
Andere haben mehr Anteil daran, aber unseren Anteil sollten wir beim ETF-Hype nicht vergessen.

Auch im Jahr 2026 empfiehlt/bewirbt Finanztip ETF von UBS und Blackrock (iShares) als angeblich nachhaltig. Dabei sind die nur weniger schlimm als ein World-Bla-Index-ETF. Anscheinend investiert das iShares Papier sogar in umstrittene Waffen.
Für mich ist Finanztip dadurch unglaubwürdig. Stiftung Warentest macht es zumindest transparent. (UBS 3 von 5 Punkten, iShares 1 von 5, GLS 5 von 5)
