I'd have a lot more faith the Government was using #Jackdaw to drive #GreenEnergy is they also announced the start of a multi-billion pound solar, wind or tidal project owned by the Government.
Imagine the massive power from tidal projects in the Severn, Mersey and Thames. Nearly free, sovereign power source...forever.
