That is provided no money is sent to #Hezbollah, #Hamas, etc. There are indications that Iran has been prioritizing sending money to #Hezbollah and possibly #Houthis even over #IRGC units.

About the first point, no #Iran is not able to sell its oil. Apart from that which is already out of Strait of #Hormuz and Gulf of Oman.About the 3rd, #Trump can arm twist the big oil executives to not allow prices to rise. He has done it previously. Even #Obama did it to #BP after the Gulf of Mexico spill caused by Deep water Horizon.
