For today what I am calling "an urban 'café'" #poem of mine published in Jan. at #WombwellRainbow UK which is Paul Brookes wondrous website. The poem riffs off an historic #Jewish #lyric form, the #Endecha from #15thCentury #Spain. Often #laments, #Endecha is trad in #form., 3 lines of 7 syllables, 4 lines a/b/c/b rhyme #stanza, line 4, 11 syllables.
