    Dependiendo de en qué parte de #México se encuentre, y quién sea con los "esquites" puede ser un poco diferente... pero el ingrediente base son los granos de #maíz (#elote que le decimos en México), mejor si es blanco (pero factible con amarillo) hervido, a la parrilla o asado con cebolla y algunas especies. Después de cocinado, se puede agregar limón/lima, chile en polvo, mayonesa... o si te equivocas con las cosas, crema agria y algún queso salado 😜
