I finally finished There are rivers in the sky by Elif Shafak. And all I can say is….

10/10 Highly recommended, definitely going to read more from her.

At the end was a very nice surprise where she sourced ALL her material to the 30 or so books she read, the modifications she made to the used stories, and distinguished the fictional from the non-fictional material and inspiration. So rare !
