@johnbeers SURE! It's pretty easy! Hard-boiled Eggs, Dijon Mustard, Cream Cheese and some Avocado Mayo with some seasonings of your choice. I also do make it in the food processor. Make sure to only use pulse on the processor otherwise it will turn on to #eggmash - You can also add cheese to the recipe I do like to sometimes add parmesan cheese. I don't really measure the ingredients because I actually just make it to my liking. I suggest experimenting to find the consistency you like.
