Can't help but feel like people using Mystery Booster Commander as a vehicle to shit on Universes Beyond are a good symptom of the broad toxicity of Magic fandom on sites like Bluesky.
You might not feel it, but there is space in Magic for both things.
I have in the past been accused of "toxic positivity" - a nonsense term - but really what I'm saying is to touch grass. You can contribute to a better Magic fandom and better personal mental health by focusing on what you enjoy, rather than what you hate about the game.

With the cards having arrived, I got in a few games with the updated Ms. Bumbleflower last night.
I can confidently say: mission accomplished! This deck is absolutely absurd and I love it. There's nothing quite like everyone having at least 15 lands that each tap for an additional mana by turn 5 or so. 😆

I've purchased a nice chunk of cards for Ms. Bumbleflower, fiddled with the deck on Moxfield, and I think I've finalized what the deck is going to look like.

Had a massive MTG mail day today.
Grist and Venom, both commanders I wanted to deproxy.
Omnath for Ashling Elementals
Ral, Len and Rin, Muse Seeker for Myra Spells.
TMNT cards for Leo, FF cards for the FF set collection.
All the PS commanders, Codie, Elminster all for a battlebox idea I'm working on.
Rainbow Dash because I thought that'd be a real laugh to get and build a commander deck for!

So I've been tinkering away at my Ms. Bumbleflower Commander deck. I really like where it's heading.
There are no wincons. In fact, I let everyone at the table know that if it's down to two of us, I will scoop.
My only goal: to enable absolute chaos. :cat_thisisfine:
For the moment, that's mostly through lots of extra card draws and land drops, with a bit of extra mana thrown in. I have ideas of what might get added down the line (see the "considering" section in the linked decklist), but I'd definitely love to hear what the fediverse would suggest for this deck.

I've got a bunch of new commanders I've had my eye on for a while coming in the post, so I suppose I'd better crack on getting some of these lists built and proxied 😅

Playing and winning with my Meren deck on Friday felt amazing. It’s a great feeling when a deck finally works. I won with 6 Gary triggers in 2 turns by having Twilight Diviner and Strionic Resonator on the battlefield and reanimating Gary with Meren and copying Gary‘s ETB ability.
