There was 4-5 cm of snow in Mushaboom, & a steady 3 cm all the way back through Sheet Harbour. A truck took a nose-dive in the ditch, & I wanted to verify that no one was inside. It took me 100 m to stop & turn around. It's unsafe for sure. #DriveSafe -

I turned my old deck into a patio (stones, no wood).
It's quite lovely at times, watching #sunrise, sippin' java,#WAYCTV It's just seems nicer on the #EasternShore.
But there's less red skies now, as the sun moves further south each day. #Halisky east #Ocean -
Delmarva is cool. Just a seven hour drive from Pittsburgh is another world in terms of landscape and biome. Forests, wetlands, bald cypress swamps, and both west and east-facing coasts; you can watch the sun rise on one beach and watch it set from another in the same day. The food in the area was so good too (special shout out to Caesar’s Pizza Palace in Princess Anne, MD 🍕🍰🤤.) btw avoid the tourist trap restaurants near the boardwalk in places like Rehoboth Beach, DE.
I particularly loved the area between Princess Anne and Deal Island. The wildlife management area was a highlight part of the drive every time we traveled to and from our Airbnb on the island.

It looks like Opening Day for baseball is coming up pretty quickly. I live in an area (#EasternShore #Maryland) that only has a minor league team - the #DelmarvaShorebirds. They're an A-level farm team for the #BaltimoreOrioles. So the big question is if I should follow the Orioles or the #WashingotnNationals.
The challenge is that I don't know much about baseball or about who the players are and who has the best chances of getting to the World Series.

BTW. # 7 Highway #EasternShore lost another merchant. After Sheet Harbour the next Food or Gasoline is in Sherbrooke, NS. The Pizza-convenience in #PortDufferin is gone . Used to be a Payphone there once, still no cellular service, or Pizza now.
Next convenience is #Gizmo's Variety (With #NSLC select) in Moser River, and still no gas stations for 80 kms or so..
But, still has its #Scenic charm. With or without a store. #WAYCTV
