Our stellar radii have uncertainties of about 2%, and we measure stellar temperatures to around 50K.
We validated our parameters, via synthetic #Gaia #DR3 G-band photometry, we find that our parameters show a factor of 10 reduction in RMS residual and nearly a 40% improvement in mean uncertainty, when compared to the literature. The attached plot shows this comparison, with data derived from literature parameters shown in blue, and our parameters shown in red.

While we’re waiting, I do like that this year I can follow any driver’s onboard (and Team Radio) on my #iPadMini while my TV shows the broadcast feed and my #iPadPro the Live Timing. Earlier on I’d used it to follow some of #Albon’s heroics, but now #DanielRicciardo is back I’m using it to keep tabs on him since the #AlphaTauri won’t be picked up on broadcast often given its relative lack of pace #F1 #F1Sprint #BelgianGP #Ricciardo #DR3 #RIC3 #SkyF1

Yeah, sorry #DanielRicciardo haters, but that was a cracking drive. He got torpedoed from behind at T1, dropping him to 18th and last through no fault of his own and he still managed to claw his way back to his starting position of P13, more than 15s ahead of his teammate, by doing an epic 40 lap 3rd stint on Mediums where his pace was stellar #F1 #Formula1 #FormulaOne #HungarianGP #Ricciardo #DR3 #RIC3 #DR3ack #Motorsport

DR3 in AT
Bull (heh): Beating Debris is an easy win. Tost is out and AT is one of the slowest cars. So, total upside, esp if Perez continues to commit career suicide. Even for 2024.
Bear: AT is a giant risk. Slow car, and Tsunoda's taken a clear step up with half a season's experience. Tost is Toast, so the car development is a huge risk for 2024. This feels like he has the potential to make his 3rd bad career choice in timing.
