I managed to find the 30th Anniversary reissue of the 1/144 Dougram kits. These were the kits that originally inspired Battletech and were sold as Battletech kits by Twentieth-Century Imports. It's a set of 10 kits: 2 Shadow Hawks, 2 Griffins, 2 Wolverines, Thunderbolt, Battlemaster, Scorpion and Goliath.
I might document these for Sarna.net before building them.

Another tiny robot pilot, this one in (so I declare) Star League olive drab with a personalized red and yellow neurohelmet. Silver insulated pipes along the arms and legs feed coolant to the suit as their mech builds heat.

And now for an entirely different, but similar, flavor of bullshit.
(fact checked my alt text 😑 )

Funny little Shadowhawk* model**
*A Dougram combat armor from Fang of the Sun Dougram, in 1:72 scale. Basically a high grade, though none of the joints are polycap and as a result it's a little wobbly. A pleasant afternoon's build, save for some detail paint and water slide decals yet to be applied.
**In a perfect world there would be Battlepla to go along with gunpla. Le sigh.
