A donkey has escaped. She was tied to a tree, grazing, and then she trotted past me with a donkey's version of a poker face. "Hold on," I said and stepped on her rope which she dragged behind her. The donkey's eyes asked, "Can I help you?" Maybe she was running home? So I let her go. Only an hour later I met her confused owner who rode his electric scooter, looking for her. The donkey was on the loose till the following morning. She made lots of new friends.
