Finally got my #NothingPhone1 back after almost 10 weeks of wait. It's only when I told the #DirectD (official retailer) rep that I will be taking this up to the tribunal by this Friday that they decided to get their shit in order. Never again 🙃

It's been 7 weeks now since I've sent off my #NothingPhone 1 to their official distributor in #Malaysia, #DirectD for warranty claim. Still no fucking news whatsoever on the whereabouts of my phone. An experience this fucking awful for my first ever #Android phone, the likely outcome of this is probably not buying a single fucking Android phone ever again.

It's also really frustrating that I literally still have all #iPhone (s) I've ever purchased (except 3Gs which I've lost) since the iPhone 4 today, still in working/perfect condition. The Nothing Phone on the other hand which I've loved using broke badly (boot loop) out of nowhere before I've even had it for a year. Pathetic.
