Может уже запоздало и не актуально, но на днях перебирая свои старые коллекции я наткнулся на жемчужину тех годов, о которых к своему стыду я позабыл сообщить изначально.
Я про Conjure One (Downtempo, Ambient) - сольный проект Риса Фалбера (Rhys Fulber), участника Front Line Assembly и Delerium. Я хоть в те года и был фриком бельгийской tribal dark ambient post-industrial сцены, но эти канадцы тоже задавали жару.
Если не брать Front Line Assembly (там в основном лютый индастриал) Рис Фалбер в своем Conjure One реализовал то, что не получалось сделать в Delerium - легкую, приятную меланхоличную музыку. По твоему запросу должна подойти.
Hybrid кстати тоже молодцом.

Heute begebe ich mich auf Zeitreise durch die ersten zehn Jahre des kanadischen Indie-Labels "Nettwerk". Diese limitierte Compilation namens "Decadence" (1995) ist das aufwändigste Exemplar in meiner CD-Sammlung.
Der Pappschuber hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, aber das ringgebundene Buch ist immer noch außergewöhnlich: 5 CDs decken die Bandbreite (haha) der zehn Jahre ab. Jede CD enthält zusätzlich einen Datentrack mit Videoausschnitten und Bandinfos. Jedes Kapitel wird durch Titel-, Schmuck- und Pergamentblätter abgetrennt. Es gibt umfangreiche Infos zur Labelgeschichte und den Bands.
Das Label wurde 1984 von der Band MOEV für eigene Veröffentlichungen gegründet. Es hat neben kanadischen Künstler*innen, wie Skinny Puppy, Delerium und Sarah McLachlan, vor allem auch Indiebands aus Übersee in Kanada veröffentlicht, z.B. SPK, Severed Heads, Chris & Cosey, The Tear Garden und Bel Canto.
