Musical Interlude: Spring is when we start thinking about our gardens, or about whatever gardens we have nearby....I know I've felt a yen to visit various botanic gardens in the area.
Manuel de Falla is a composer I came to late; his "Ritual Fire Dance" is so familiar it's a cliche, really, but I decided to delve deeper into his works and found lots of gems in a very individual style. Here's a great piece...
