#DebConf2020 was showing short videos from attendees, a couple of which involved tea, for which a few of us were happy
I mentioned #TeaGL for #SeaGL in November
We have had a tea time at the conference the last couple years
We can't do that with a virtual conference this year, but we have some good plans that we're not quite ready to announce

During the Debian Local Group #DebConf2020 talk today we discussed different ways for local groups to succeed
this included getting the word out

Starting with the official Covid-19 hackathon the Debian Med project received a lot of new contributions, increased effort of bug fixing, increased support by other teams in Debian, new communication channels (weekly video ) & broader attention in world of bioinformatics. All in all the Covid-19 crisis gave the Debian Med project a huge push forward

Reproducing Bullseye in practice is next up @ #DebConf2020
give an update on the state of Reproducible Builds for the upcoming Debian “bullseye” release, focusing on the promise of enabling anyone to independently verifying the binaries
current status of the project together with a list of bugs preventing the above promise from being reality and sparking some work together to fix at least some of the bugs during DebConf 20 online
