Since January, I've really been enjoying the new audio versions of the #DeathGateCycle by Margaret Wies and Tracy Hickman.
I've been a big fan of their work since Dragonlance, but this series really hit the sweet spot for me back in the early 90s.
The narrator, Fajer Al-Kaisi has done a great job and has created the perfect Alfred voice.
I'm eagerly awaiting for the last book in the series to come out next week.

Finished "Into the Labyrinth", book 6 of the Death Gate Cycle - just 1 book to go. Everything becoming clearer - the initial books make more sense. I look forward to the big finish, but I've got a couple other books in progress to complete first. Soon! #DeathGateCycle #fantasy #fantasybooks

Hand of Chaos, Death Gate Cycle #5, 83% in - great quote regarding the wisdom that comes of life experience. Interchange between two characters who met in book 1, and reunite in book 5:
