    > The racism is off the charts with this regime.

It's something to see, for sure. I did not expect to see in my lifetime an elected US politician that made people look back and think David Duke was a moderate.

  2. This is just one more piece of the puzzle as to the real Jill Stein Who shares the same ideology as the MAGA racist, anti-America, anti-Democratic Party, anti-Israel.

  3. And that's the sound of the other shoe dropping:

Green party candidate, Jill Stein - American traitor & Putin lapdog - has been endorsed by the former head of the white supremacist organization, the Ku Klux Klan.

It seems forgotten that David Duke enthusiastically endorsed Trump in both 2016 and 2020. Or how the movement once known as the alt-right rallied to his side, recognizing immediately that Trump represented a major “ice breaker” for their views, in the words of Richard Spencer. “If The Donald gets the nomination, he will almost certainly beat Hillary, as White men such as you and I go out and vote for the first time in our lives for the one man who actually represents our interests,” the Neo-Nazi Andrew Anglin wrote on his “Daily Stormer” website in 2016. Even if Trump was not the perfect vessel, America’s extreme right understood that Trump’s type of politics represented a breakthrough for their movement.

...In about 2000, Russian oligarchs begin “beckoning” (Timothy Snyder’s word) to America’s far right-wing, presenting Russia as the savior of white majority rule.

The message got through. In February 2001, #DavidDuke said #Russia was “the key to #white survival.”

  10. The story behind #SteveScalise and #DavidDuke that helped end his #bid for #speaker.

That story also surfaced a quote involving #DavidDuke that has long been used against Scalise — and one which Mace cited Wednesday. Longtime #Louisiana #politicalreporter and #columnist #StephanieGrace said Scalise in their first meeting years earlier had “told me he was like (#KKK leader) #DavidDuke without the #baggage.”

  11. The United States Congress has been without a #Speaker 📢 for its most representative legislative chamber.

#BananaRepublicans have elected #SteveScalise of #Louisiana to ‘speak’ for the House of Representatives. His ‘gift of rhetoric’ is such that HE DESCRIBED HIMSELF as “like #DavidDuke without the baggage.” 👉 theweek.com/speedreads/440133/

    I am speechless. #DoNotPlayWhackAMole with #MAGA morons.

  12. @RickiTarr
After visiting a friend in Terrytown Louisiana just before the election, I put up anti-Duke and pro-Edwards signs along the West Bank Expressway.
Unincorporated Jefferson Parish was Sheriff Harry Lee country - flawed but as an Edwards crony was anti-Duke.
But I kept going and crossed the line into Gretna Louisiana. Two squad cars quickly surrounded me. They detained me about 90 minutes before they admitted they had nothing to charge me with.
